Suncatchers ~Playing with Stringers and Fused Glass In this glass fusing sun catcher workshop we will cover the basics of glass crafting and material science. We will be playing with fire where you will get a mini taste of flame working with stringer bending. Culminating in your very own piece of art that you can add copper wire and make it wall hangable. The firing process will be covered but it lasts overnight, students will come back to pick up their art at a later time. Each student will get 2 x 4 inches of kiln estate with some leftover space for little experiments, perhaps wearable. For more information:
