MDI Health invites community members of all ages to attend its Health & Wellness Fair on Saturday, September 19, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Pemetic Elementary School, located at 327 Main Street in Southwest Harbor.

This free community event is designed to promote healthy living and connect residents with local health and wellness resources. Attendees will have the opportunity to receive health screenings, explore exhibits from local wellness vendors, and learn about services and programs available throughout the region.

In addition to educational resources, guests can enjoy healthy snacks, participate in an acupuncture demonstration, and enter to win a variety of door prizes.

The Health & Wellness Fair is free and open to everyone. Whether you're looking to learn more about your health, discover local wellness resources, or simply enjoy a fun and informative community event, there's something for everyone.
